	ASGI HR Data runs in the Windows Azure platform which allows for access-control rules to modules and for verification of data access limits. ASGI HR Data is designed primarily for the Human Resource Management personnel. Other departments within an organization will not have any access to any data of the module. This prohibits any modifications from unauthorized sources.

	The Human Resource Management personnel do not have to deal with technical problems such as server configurations, storage management, or application deployment. These areas are already covered by the ASGI HR Data platform with high availablity and efficiency. The HR personnel can focus on implementing its operations without any non-HR related concerns.

	ASGI HR Data enables HR personnel to easily update references to either internal sources within the company policies or external sources from government and public policies. HR personnel are provided with modules that can handle user changes accurately wihtout arising any issue on technology infrastructure.

	ASGI HR Data allows for generation of reports with dynamic column fields which can be selected and modified by the HR personnel. Reports with required information can always be produced in all HR operations.
